What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For most products the MOQ starts at 50–100 units. For customized or OEM orders it may be higher. Tell us your target quantity and we will quote accordingly.
Do you ship to Brazil and other Latin American countries?
Yes. We regularly ship to Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay, Mexico, Colombia, Chile and Peru, by air or sea freight, with support for local customs clearance where needed.
Do you offer OEM / ODM services?
Yes. We support branding, packaging and function customization. Share your requirements and we will propose a solution and lead time.
What certifications do your products have?
Products can be supplied with CE, RoHS, FCC and other relevant certifications depending on the model. Tell us your market requirements and we will match them.
What are your payment terms?
We commonly use T/T (telegraphic transfer). For new partners, a deposit plus balance against shipping documents is standard. Terms are confirmed per order.
Can I order samples first?
Yes, samples are available before bulk orders. Sample cost and shipping can usually be deducted from your future bulk order.
